We sell digital educational resources for life skills and social development — downloadable facilitation kits, session plans, printable activity materials, discussion cards and slide decks —. We do not ship physical goods.
Select the resource and licence tier you want and pay through the checkout link, entering the price for that tier and adding your name, your organisation and which resource you are buying in the payment note. Your order is confirmed when we email you to acknowledge it. If we cannot identify what you have ordered, we will contact you before sending anything.
Digital products. After payment is confirmed, your order email is sent to the address you give us, containing your order number, secure download link(s) and licence key, within 24 hours of payment. Delivery is by email only; nothing is posted. If your email has not arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then contact enquiries@b-wen.com with your payment reference and we will resend your links and key promptly.
It is your responsibility to give us a working email address and to check that our messages are not filtered into a spam folder. We will always follow up if a delivery bounces.
When you buy a resource you are buying a licence to use it for educational purposes, not ownership of the underlying material. Copyright remains with BWEN.
For one facilitator on one device family. You may print, copy and reuse the materials as often as you like for groups you personally run.
For up to 40 learners and 2 facilitators — a single class, club or youth group.
For unlimited facilitators and learners within the named school or organisation, for 12 months from the purchase date. You may share the files internally and print for your own groups across that site.
Covers named multiple sites, quoted individually. Contact us for terms.
All licences include free updates to the digital files during the licence period. Each order includes a licence key, which is checked once on first download or first portal login. There is no heavy copy-protection; licences are trust-based, for educational use within the licensed organisation.
If a licence is breached we may withdraw it. Contact us if you are unsure whether a use is covered — we would rather agree it in advance.
Because digital files cannot be returned once they have been sent, digital resources are non-refundable after delivery, with the following exceptions, which always apply:
To request a refund, email enquiries@b-wen.com within 14 days of delivery with your order details and a description of the problem. We aim to respond within two business days.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days of us agreeing the refund.
Our resources are educational materials for life skills learning. They do not provide medical, psychological or counselling advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they are not a substitute for professional support. Facilitators are responsible for using them appropriately with their groups, including following their own institution's safeguarding procedures. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Nothing in them removes any consumer right you have under the law of your own country that cannot be waived by agreement.
