We issue formal invoices and receipts for institutional procurement, including bank transfer details where a purchase order is required.
Facilitator training on using the toolkit can be arranged alongside a bulk order, quoted separately by session.
Orders ship from Kampala, Uganda. We confirm the delivery timeline and any shipping cost by email once we receive your order, before dispatch.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, including return postage we ask you to pay.
Unopened items in original condition can be returned within 14 days for a refund of the product price. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
